Do you have a commercial vehicle department and have suggestions for your peers? We are always looking for suggestions. As well as, we would like you to share. This way if there is someone out there like us looking to grow or start a department they can have a few pointers to get the ball rolling.
Suggestions 1) Learn from my mistakes. I have tried to tackle many aspects of this business. Some work, and obviously, some not so much. So, if you want some feedback on something you want to tackle with your clients bounce the idea off us.
Suggestion 2) Treat your department like your own business. If you wouldn’t risk the money, why should our clients?
